July 2010 - ETU European Triathlon Sprint Championships (Age Group)
18 year old Lara Nyman bagged herself the U/20 silver medal at the European Sprint Triathlon Championships.
The race consisted of a 750m swim loop in the River Shannon at Athlone, Ireland, followed by a 20km bike ride
and finished with a spectacular town-centred two-lap 5km run.
June 2010 - 2010 British Triathlon Super Series - Blenheim Triathlon
In her first elite sprint triathlon for two years, Lara Nyman did well to take fifth spot in the GB elite juniors race at Blenheim Palace which formed part of the 2010 British Triathlon Super Series.
May 2010 - Grendon Sprint Triathlon/World Championship Qualifiers
18 year old Lara Nyman took her place on the start line in Grendon, Northamptonshire at the weekend in her bid to qualify for the sprint triathlon world championships as part of the GB Age Group team. As one of the largest qualification races of the season, with a huge field of over 700 competitors taking part in the 750m swim, 20km bike and 5km run, Lara was one of the youngest participants. However age proved no barrier as she emerged one of the fastest women in the qualifying race.
